Right Wing Prophecy "Experts" like Hal Lindsey and Tim LaHaye Make Millions Selling Zionist Kool Aid To Christians!

The Everlasting Hatred by Hal Lindsey- 2011 revised edition

ALREADY IN SECOND PRINTING!

WorldNet Daily web site is tooting the horn about Hal Lindsey's 'revised edition' of his "The Everlasting Hatred," book stating:

"This most recent book from the best-selling author alive - Hal Lindsey - sold out in less than a month, and for good reason. WND goes on to state that Lindsey is “Going where others fear to tread, the "father of modern prophecy" answers:

§  Why do most Muslims hate Jews?
§  Why do Islamic fundamentalists hate the United States and call it The Great Satan?
§  Why did Islamic terrorists sacrifice their own lives to kill Americans?
§  Do Islamic fundamentalists have access to weapons of mass destruction?
§  Could Islamic terrorists imperil the survival of the United States?
§  What light does Bible prophecy shed on this?
§  Does the Koran call for violence and conquest?
§  And much more...
     Phew!
It's not bad enough that these topics are sheer fuel that stokes the political and foreign policy firestorm that could ignite World War 111, this polemic is coming from someone who ostensibly believes and supposedly practices the religion called "Christianity.

WND adds in its advertisement that, "In a clear and eye-opening manner, Lindsey lays bare the complex roots of Islamic fundamentalism and its purpose to replace the Judeo-Christian world order with an Islamic world order. Addressing the issues head on, Lindsey reveals the enormity of the threat America faces and how imperative it is that every individual knows and understands this historic hatred and its repercussions."

WMD and the Zionist-controlled public relations machine (called American Mainstream Media) fail to realize (or maybe they really do) is that their propaganda is actually feeding and fanning the flames that could pose a greater threat than the repercussions and hatred they supposedly are trying to protect us from. Their xenophobic and political rhetoric is actually fueling the alleged terrorists more so than preventing genuine terror, which will eventually cause a world conflagration unlike anything in history.

Yet, those in the 'know" who have proven time and again that Premillennial Dispensationalism (the doctrine that claims the state of Israel is favored by God, therefore needs to be supported by ALL Christians), is in contradistinction to orthodox theology. Hundreds of new authors and scholars (both Christian and secular) present a case that Lindsey and others like John Hagee, Tim LaHaye, Mike Evans and many other right-wing evangelicals are promoting a faulty doctrine in regards (especially) to a Middle East conflict that is literally out of control. Folks like Lindsey and LaHaye especially are flying high on the magic flying carpet of Zionism-controlled media and publishing empires, making (at least over 200) millions of dollars from a highly distorted theology.

While many credible and deeply researched books that biblically refute the prevalent "Left Behind" doctrine are making headway into the marketplace (written by Bible scholars like Stephen Sizer, Steve Wohlberg, Ted Noel, Barbara Rossing, Arnie Suntag, Dave MacPherson, to name a few), the majority of Christendom is being inundated by the politically (and for financial profit) designed campaign that most certainly will start World War 111.

Please don't read any jealousy on the part of these brave authors who dare challenge a Zionism ideology and culture, an ersatz theological polemic beginning back with CI Scofield, who wrote the distorted Scofield Bible (with a myriad margins that skewed the Bible) solely to enhance the Premillennial Dispensationalism doctrine, which plays well into the hands of the Zionism agenda. Surely, they don't get the exposure nor author support services that Lindsey and LaHaye get from the MSN. Why should they? Their books don't paint the 'soothing gospel' one finds in the Rapture to Heaven messages inculcated in Lindsey's and LaHaye's escapist tomes. Millions of uninformed Christian readers pay tons of money to ease their escapist psyche, as well as their jingoistic, Manifest Destiny, American Exceptionalism, and nationalism ideology they feel gains them points with God by supporting the state of Israel.

However, folks like Sizer and the others did not write their books to become wealthy and famous authors, they wrote them because Christians need to know they are being fed the biggest pitcher of theological Kool Aid ever concocted.

Mine is not an ad hominem attack on Lindsey, LaHaye and others who write and support the Pre-Tribulation Rapture to Heaven and the Israel (is God's Holy Nation) First ideology. I and the aforementioned authors have challenged Lindsey and LaHaye to debate the theological discrepancies contained throughout their books. They didn’t even have the courtesy to respond in the negative.

Oh wait! One of LaHaye’s hired guns, Tommy Ice, did respond when I offered him a free copy of my book, The End Times Passover, to examine, but he responded by saying, “I don’t read Jewish books.” Strange response from a person who believes Israelis are still God’s ‘chosen people.’

Nevertheless, those dedicated servants who disagree with the Premmillennial Dispensationalism doctrine continue to parse through the war-mongering propaganda such as WND and others are putting out there. And, hopefully, they will convince the committed Christians will return to their Bibles to read and study what God’s word truly says about the nefarious Rapture to Heaven and ‘Israel First’ doctrines. Hopefully they will realize that they need to draw closer to Christ as we see in the immediate horizon that great persecution of the church is increasing exponentially, and that Christians will suffer great tribulation.

The Christian –who has studied the Bible correctly, guided by the Holy Spirit – should know better that to listen, believe and teach others to follow theories that do not comport with the exact words God has given us in His easy to understand instructions about his overall salvation plan, and what to expect before the final return of Christ. But yet, many would rather entertain the titillating and provocative theories being presented to them by a throng of pastors, evangelists and Bible teachers who promulgate the erroneous theories being put forth by the likes of Tim LaHaye, John Hagee, Hal Lindsey, et al, who seduce the church to follow political ideology, ethnic strife, war-mongering and Rapture fantasy above God’s specific word.

As we clearly see in Matthew 13:11-23, the group of scripture that describes the parable of the sower, Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand, they respond to their propaganda rather than doing the will of God.

Sadly, many Christians - who have been lulled into a false sense of confidence by their Bible distortion - may not be ready to handle the impending tribulation that awaits them.

I'm glad, Mr. Ortiz, that your headline refers to Hal Lindsey and Tim LaHaye and in a sarcastic way lists them as "Experts"! Yes, Hal is such an "expert" that the "Mystery Babylon" chapter in his famous book "The Late Great Planet Earth" asserts that the Great Sphinx in Egypt has the head of a woman - even though encyclopedias state that it has the head of a man! (Anything to promote a discredited theory.) And when Tim LaHaye reproduced Margaret MacDonald's short "revelation" account of 1830 he somehow left out a total of 49 words - the same words in the same places that "Dr." Ice left out when he tried to reproduce it. Now we know why it's been difficult, in recent years, to find books by the above rapture promoters in stores like Walmart. Pretrib rapture promoters can see the obvious trend away from pretrib (enter "pretrib rapture" on Google etc.) - and all of the turkey and stuffing on their plate this Thanksgiving is doing little to ease their literary misery! Why is it that many folks can go out and blow a small fortune at an all-you-can-eat (for all you can pay?) restaurant? For a fraction of what they throw away on their own belly they can get your delectable and satisfying prophecy books ("The End Times Passover" and "Why Christians Will Suffer 'Great Tribulation'") and savor and enjoy and share them with others for many years! I am the proud and satisfied owner of these two books that you have written, Brother Ortiz, and can heartily recommend them to everyone reading this.

Amen to Karl and Francisca. Their sentiments are mine. The popular rapture is getting less popular. Why? Because blogs like yours are exposing it. Showing how corrupt and groundless it is. And how recent it is in world history. Thank God your blog is a leader in exposing it. Keep plugging away. God bless. Travis

Mr. Ortiz, what kind of encouragement do you have for born again believers in Jesus Christ, since you espouse this view that we will suffer great tribulation? What is the purpose of the great tribulation? Is it to punish those who have rejected Jesus Christ and take the mark of the beast, or to punish those of us who are true believers and disciples of Jesus? Is that time period also the 70th week of Daniel, in which God will bring forth a remnant of Israel which will then go on to live in the millenial reign of Christ? Where will the church be during the millenial reign of Christ? Obviously, we will not be alive here on earth when Jesus returns to end the great tribulation and establish his millenial reign. Please answer my questions.

Well, Kevin, hang in there and keep researching and soon you will get to know deeper insights into the Lord's overall redemption plan. You may also find the difference in the dictionary between the words "tribulation" and "wrath." The word tribulation means persecution, which Christians have suffered throughout history, as many do so today. Wrath (which people confuse when they use the phrase "The Great Tribulation (which, by the way, that phrase is not in the Bible)," is the punishment God pours out on those who did not believe Him nor accepted His gift of Salvation. Obviously, those who did accept the gift from God are not destined to experience God's wrath. But, as stated previously, Christians will experience great persecution, the tribulation, which Paul advised us (see Acts 14:22)would be a reality to enter into the Kingdom. This is why so many skittish Christians love to hear the soothing and titillating "Rapture to Heaven" myth, because they are not prepared to suffer for Christ, as so many martyrs throughout history have.

But, as I have clearly outline in my book, and the title should be a great clue (The End Times PASSOVER), just like God protected the Israelites when He poured out a myriad of plagues on Egypt, He is able to protect His children (See Psalm 91 and 2 Peter 2:4-9) through any ordeal without having to remove them to a safe place in Heaven. He never removed the three young lads in the furnace, nor Daniel from the Lion's Den. He was right there with them all the time!

Once again, Kevin, hang in there with your studies and soon it will not only be revealed to you, you will find yourself casting off the unbiblical notions of a Rapture to Heaven scenario.

Many Blessings!

Joe Ortiz,
Thanks for writing back, but you really didn't directly answer my questions. I actually know the answers to those questions, but I wanted your answers to them. You said that Great Tribulation doesn't appear in the scriptures. Well, yes it does. Here are the scriptures: Matthew 24:21 (KJV)
For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Revelation 2:22 (KJV)
Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

Revelation 7:14 (KJV)
And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Yes, there will be a time period known as great tribulation, which is different than day to day tribulation that believers suffer from them. Read Revelation 4 through 19, and tell me that God's wrath isn't being poured out throughout that time period. You seem to believe that God will provide a bubble of protection for believers during that time, but there is no scripture reference in Revelation to prove that. The only people sealed and protected are the 144,000 Jews from the 12 tribes of Israel, the two witnesses for their 1260 day ministry, and the Jewish remnant who will be protected by God in the mountains. Here is what will happen to tribulation saints, which are those saved after the rapture of the church: Revelation 13:15 (KJV) 15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
There will be no tribulation saints alive at the second coming of Jesus Christ! If you don't worship the image of the beast or take his mark, you will die! No exceptions! Doesn't this idea contradict what we read in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 and 1 Corinthians 15:51-52? Yes it does, because we are told there will be believers alive when they are caught up to meet Jesus in the air. Our corruptible bodies will be changed to incorruptible bodies just like the glorified body of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I so much look forward to seeing him when he catches up his Bride to meet him!

I would like to respond to Kevin's points. Is the rapture a "blessed hope" only to pretribs and never "blessed" to those enduring tribulation? (Is a lighthouse a blessing only on sunny days and never during dark, stormy weather?)The purpose of the trib? One "great" deserves another "great"; the great falling away deserves great trib because "whom the Lord loves He chastens" until it is "without spot or wrinkle." If God can seal and protect the ones Kevin listed (144,000 Jews, two witnesses, Jewish remnant), there's no reason He can't protect "church" members. (In Rev. 11 God even allows the "beast" to kill those witnesses!) Not all trib saints (or saints-to-be) die during the trib including the "remnant" Kevin mentioned. Zech. 14 reveals that not all the wicked will die then; only wicked ones would refuse to worship the King (vs. 17). Note also the "sinner" (Isa. 65:20.) Kevin should Google "Pretrib Rapture Secrets" and "Pretrib Rapture Dishonesty" for background on the 183-year-old pretribulation rapture view. He should also obtain Joe Ortiz's scholarly prophecy books listed on this blog.

Brandon,
I understand that the church has endured tribulations and persecution by the world since Pentecost almost 2000 years ago. We have been fortunate in America that we have not undergone the kind of persecution that believers in countries like China have dealt with. If God wants me to suffer and die for the cause of Christ, so be it. It doesn't mean that I desire to be persecuted however. Mostly, I would not want to see my wife and daughter suffer and die from the kind of tribulation we read about happening in Revelation 4-19. I think it's kind of interesting to see post-tribbers acting very anxious to go through the kind of horrors we read about in Revelation. It makes no sense to me. I would hope that the 70th week of Daniel doesn't happen in my lifetime, if I believed in a post-trib view. When it comes to supernatural protection of tribulation saints, there is no proof of that in Revelation! Not one word about it! To the contrary, Revelation 13:15 makes it clear that tribulation saints will die because they will refuse to worship the image of the beast! There is nothing said about tribulation saints being alive at the end of the 70th week of Daniel. If the 70th week of Daniel is meant to judge or purify the church, why is only happening to the generation of saints who happen to be alive during that time? Why didn't the generation of believers before that time have to endure the horrors of the great tribulation? J.R. Church, who was an outstanding bible prophecy scholar, died last year from cancer. He, and many other believers have lived and died, but they were not required to endure the 70th week of Daniel. Are we saved by the blood of Jesus, or by being tortured and beheaded by the Antichrist? Are we saved by grace through faith, or by refusing the mark of the beast? Which is it? You can't make yourself more worthy of eternal life through being persecuted! None of us are worthy of eternal life! It's only by God's grace, the blood payment for sins by Jesus Christ that justifies us. Think about these things, and I'm still waiting for more answers from Joe Ortiz.

Kevin, did you even look at the "Pretrib Rapture Secrets" article I listed? It includes verses like Acts 2:34-35 and Acts 3:21. Jesus is at the Father's right hand, right? He can't even leave heaven until He comes to take vengeance on His foes! If He does that before or even in the middle of the trib, who would be left to serve the Antichrist? Even the Antichrist isn't destroyed until the trib's end! Look at II Thess. chapter 1. The "church" (and this is a "church" epistle and not on "Jewish" ground)gets its "rest" (vs. 7) "when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God" etc. How come you believe Christ returns several years before that day? And in I Cor. 15 Paul ties in the rapture with the end of tribulational death in vs. 54 (which is also Israel's posttrib resurrection, according to Scofield)! Pretribs are able to palm off a pretrib rapture in the "twinkling of an eye" verse because they stop there and fail to show when that rapture actually happens - when death is swallowed up in victory! Who on earth believes that tribulational death will be ended before or during the trib? Do you? And do you think that political candidates should be vetted? If so, why not prophecy teachers? The other article listed above ("Pretrib Rapture Dishonesty") shows why you should vet the ones who have fed you pretrib Koolaid.
While you are reading this, true Christians are being killed in Africa, Indonesia, and other countries. Are they worse than American believers? If you think they are, God has a little surprise for you one of these days. "To whom much is given [like overly blessed Americans], much shall be required."
Still learning, Brandon

As I said before, Brandon, are we saved by grace through faith or by persecution and death? I get it that you and a few others want to live and die in the 70th week of Daniel, but I don't really care to be here for that. As I already said before, I realize that Americans are not suffering persecution like those in other countries that are either communist or ruled by Muslims. I disagree with your interpretation of Acts 2 and 3 also. If you and Joe Ortiz are right, we should not be watching for Jesus Christ, but for the Beast and False Prophet, right? Also, if your right, we should soon see the two witnesses start their ministry in Jerusalem. If I see the two witnesses, the revealing of the Beast and False Prophet, then I will agree at least to a pre-wrath rapture. Until then, I'm watching for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Kevin, check out my latest blog, which just happens to deal with the "70 Weeks" theory, among other issues that you need to do more study on, to get closer to the truth!
