John Piper, one of the most blessed preachers ever, tells us the truth. Knowing God and Jesus is not about gaining happiness, wealth, community status, high positions and prosperity. It's all about His grace, mercy and loving kindness to those in pain and those who have lost their way!

Thanks for sharing Pastor John Piper's incisive and insightful words. But right now I must add that his words are really His Words because he rests his case on what the Living Word has to say about things. And the Word says things like "Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard." What a different world it would be if all Christians would interpret "BMW" as "Be More Wonderful" or "Be More Wise" instead of "Buy More Worldliness"! Lord bless you, Brother Ortiz, for sharing Piper who shares our Lord with others!
